Refunds                                                           

For health and hygiene reasons, our earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned for change of mind. Refunds are not offered in these circumstances. 

Personalised products are not refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Pre-order Items

Any order than contains pre-order items will be shipped together in one package once the pre-order items are available.  If you wish to receive your non-pre-order items earlier, please place two separate orders to allow two parcels to be shipped. 

Discounts and Promotions

Discounts and promotions offered do not apply retrospectively to any order placed prior to the promotion commencement date, or any order placed after the promotion has finalised.
